Dwayne Kinsley, Service Manager, took a personal interest in my car's issues and gave me the car back only when he was fully satisfied that all the issues I was dealing with were history now. Louis Lanza, Asst. Service Manager, kept me updated every day on the status of my car and stayed on top of business. Even on his day off, he came to work to check on the status of my car and kept me informed. I appreciate all of your hard work. I brought in my Camry Hybrid for a 60K service. Louis is an outstanding Service Advisor. In addition to being very knowledgable and helpful, he made my experience with Dublin Toyota very special. While doing a walk around my Camry, he noticed the body damage to the left rear fender. He recommend to have it repaired. He introduced me to Robert Sanchez of B & S Hacienda Auto Body Repair, who happened to walk by. After looking over the damage and explaining what would be done, Mr. Sanchez gave me a verbal estimate of $200 to straighten and tip up the fender. I agreed to the repair and had Dublin Toyota drop off the car to H & S after the 60K service was done. The repair work was expertly done. Louis gave me a copy of the estimate one would expect to pay for such a repair.....Louis thank you so much your help. Dublin Toyota Service Department is very professional. Richard C More
I purchased my 2005 Sequoia from Dublin Toyota and have been taking it to their service department for regular maintenance and other needs. I have also purchased tires twice from them. He also checked on the status of my owner’s manual that was ordered for me when I purchased the car and had it sitting on my passenger seat when I picked up my car after the repairs today. I took my car a few days ago for its first service after a quite pleasant buying experience last December at the same dealership. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Louis Lanza who made me feel very a quite pleasant buying experience last December at the same dealership. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Louis Lanza who made me feel very comfortable and at ease by giving me a clear and comprehensive explanation of what they will do during this first visit. Because of the late hour drop off I was told and expected a 2 to 3 hour wait but was delighted to see Louis Lanza approach me an hour and 45 minutes later with the key of my newly serviced and shinny washed car. It was quick, efficiently and professionally done and I couldn't have been more pleased with my first entire experience at Dublin Toyota Scion. To top if off, right before driving away, I remembered that some paint had splashed on the rear of my car while parked in my garage. Louis didn't hesitate and drove it immediately to the detailing area and had most of the paint removed. He assured me that during my next visit they'll have more time to completely clean it all using a special tool, all at no cost. This additional customized service done out of pure kindness clearly demonstrate the highest level of customer service any one expects but rarely meets nowadays. This dealership has won my trust and loyalty for their high quality work and willingness to put their customers' satisfaction first ... Thank you Louis. More
Trish and Eli Hays have helped me the last couple times I have taken my Corolla in for an oil change. They both are so helpful, friendly, informative and overall a joy. Eli answers all of my questions, completely, and does everything within his power to see that all of my needs are met. If he doesnt have the answer, he reassures me that he will be in touch with his boss to see what they can do to make things happen. Trish has worked on the cashier side and in the small service office, and both times, greeted me with a huge smile, awesome attitude, and friendly service.
