I had taken my car into one of those quickie oil change places and they did something as my Prius stalled/died less than 1/2 mile from the service shop. The service shop said it must be a hybrid thing and places and they did something as my Prius stalled/died less than 1/2 mile from the service shop. The service shop said it must be a hybrid thing and they did not know what was wrong. It was 4:00 pm and the Toyota service center said to have it towed in and they would help me. By the time the car was towed there it was 7:00 pm, but Eli helped to make what was turning out to be a horrible afternoon much better. I was looking at possibly being stranded 50 miles from home and no idea how to get there since it was so late. Not only did he take the car in for service that late in the evening, he figured out what was wrong, got it fixed that night, got me back on the road by 8 AND he helped to document that it was the other service shop's fault for the problem. Even though someone else was likely going to pay, Eli even made sure the price wasn't too bad for fixed part. Thank you so much, Toyota and Eli, for helping me out and getting me out the door and home after most shops are closed!! More

Ed was very professional and friendly. He explained the repair I needed in detail and reapired the car in a timely manner. He also checked my vehicle for recalls which it did have. CD Player went down and original warrenty expired. Service Advisor saw this and helped me contacted Toyota warrenty dept. Luckily this is still covered by the extended warrenty I got. Have to wait for the part for close to 1.5 month but in between communication was good with Dealership. Finally got the part and they scheduled me immediately to get it fixed. CD Player works like new and I have a choice of Christmas music on radio or my own CDs. More

Eric always listens to what I have to say; what I believe needs to be adjusted, etc. He writes it all down and repeats it back to me to ensure he's got it. Then he looks at how I dirve my car and how he ca needs to be adjusted, etc. He writes it all down and repeats it back to me to ensure he's got it. He always explains things thoroughly to me; and when the work is complete reviews what was done, and why. He checks and sees what savings coupons are available than can help reduce my cost.
