He was swift and direct with the negotiations, and made the best deal possible for my situation. The finance officer, Chris, was also ridiculously swift and accurate with his end. This Dealer is worth the drive! I originally leased my second Subaru from Leesburg after visiting 3 other Subaru dealers in the area. Leesburg gave me the deal I had asked for with no gimmicks as I was w second Subaru from Leesburg after visiting 3 other Subaru dealers in the area. Leesburg gave me the deal I had asked for with no gimmicks as I was walking out the door and no last minute increase in price (as he other 3 dealers had done). I needed service for a warrantied issue. Two other dealers could not locate the problem..Vienna honestly told me they did not locate the problem so did not charge me a penny - Great service as far as I am concerned. (They would have looked further but I could not afford to leave my car). Another local dealer charged me a total of $1200. after 2 visits and the problem was not resolved and did not improve by any degree. The Lead Cust Svc Rep was extremely rude and not helpful at all..I heard him speak to other customers the same way.. I won't mention his name - I am sure he has plenty of others complaining about him. Finally, I did what I knew I should have done from the start.. make the drive to Leesburg for service. Within 15 minutes I was checked in, HAD A LOANER, and on my way back to work. I am confident the car will be fixed and meanwhile I can continue working with the loaner. I am writing to Subaru Corporate - I had decided I would not get a third Subaru after the bad treatment I received from second dealer, but Leesburg brought me back. I will definitely get a third Subaru. More
