The vehicle appeared to have been very well maintained, but I wanted a dealership to perform a br I recently purchased a used car from another dealer. The vehicle appeared to have been very well maintained, but I wanted a dealership to perform a brief check-up to give me an idea of where to pick up with maintenance, & alert me of anything else which might need to be done in the near future. Everyone from my initial contact person (Scott), to the young men who received (& later retrieved) my car & the cashier was both pleasant & professional. I was given a timely report as to the status of my initially requested maintenance, all other significant findings & suggestions for upcoming work. Due to short-term budget constraints, I had to prioritize a couple items to perform now, & a couple to defer to the next month or so. There was no high-pressure sales pitch to have all the suggested work done "now", just a courteous attitude & thorough answers to all my questions. I thank you all much, & I'll be back soon for more service visits. More
