Will not service what they claim to fix. Car needed a transmission, they claimed they fixed it. They did not and now out of warranty. I have to buy a new one out of pocket. Story time. Woman drives onto a lot in search of truck Story time. Woman test drives truck salesman directs her toward for about 3 miles. Brings it back and climbs under truck for leaks because said woman isn’t a complete moron when it comes to buying vehicles and has a giant distrust for car dealerships. Woman comes out from under truck with antifreeze dripping down forehead. After multiple back and forth negotiating on price and salesman promising to fix truck because mechanic in the shop states truck is “not driveable” as is, woman buys truck. Silly woman. Dude seems like he’s trying to do the right thing and it’s in writing that it will be fixed, plus they will pay for installing a hitch. Woman spends 3 weeks calling trying to get updates on said truck because no one is giving her answers and salesman is never available. Finally woman goes off and asks to speak to manager of establishment. Manager never calls back, but salesman is apparently asked to call from his house. Woman explains frustration to salesman and salesman states he didn’t “think it was going to be a big deal since we put you in a loaner truck”. Fast forward to getting hitch installed. On a Saturday. Which takes 3-4 hours out of her life. Hitch installers are very nice. States truck is missing a relay that charges battery in whatever you’re pulling. Installers state they’d go back to Duncan and have them put in relay. Fast forward twoish months. Woman is driving down the road to work and vehicle loses all power and blue wrench shows on dash. It’s a busy interstate so woman panics and hurriedly pulls over to side of road barely escaping getting hit. Woman calms herself and tries to limp it to dealership because I mean, geez, she just bought the truck and there’s already another issue after they’ve had it for 3 weeks?! Woman goes to service center. Nice gentleman reads the code truck is throwing because check engine light is still on. Code is for the output speed sensor which, after a few minutes of googling, woman figures out is a known problem in the make and model of said truck. Google in its infinite wisdom also tells said woman that this is a problem Ford is aware of, there was a recall, and there’s an extended warranty for the lead frame. Woman tells nice service man this. Nice service man checks in computer to see if woman is correct. She, in fact, is correct. Service man relays info to mechanic. Fast forward half an hour of checks later. Service dude comes to woman and says she was right. All hail Internet forums. Service man does some more walking around and talking to people. Comes back and says that they did everything but Ford needs more proof that it is actually that and that she will have to drive unsafe vehicle until it happens again. Woman gets angry. Tells nice service man that she is not going to drive said vehicle because it is a serious safety issue. Nice service man’s hands are tied. Woman attempts to calm down before going to speak with manager of establishment. Several people ask if she’s been helped. Woman states she’s waiting on a manager because woman isn’t going to ruin everyone’s day.... only the people she has to in order to get her point across. Manager comes into work and woman respectfully but angrily explains all issues to manager. Manager wants information. Woman gives background on all issues with transaction and asks if they check vehicles before putting them on the lot. Manager explains they do, but there are “hundreds of parts” and of course they don’t check all of them. Woman then asks if a major transmission leak of the transmission oil coolant line wouldn’t have been noticeable in said checks. Manager states he can’t be sure. Woman accepts her fate because what other choice does she have. Manager states he will give woman a loaner vehicle but has no timeframe for when work will be done to truck because COVID is apparently holding up production in plants and part is on back order. Woman again is upset with no real timeframe as to when truck will be returned into her possession but again, accepts she has no option and takes loaner vehicle. Woman transfers things from truck to loaner vehicle and gets into it and looks at dash. Woman’s blood pressure goes through roof as the first things she sees is a check engine light. Woman exits car and asks nice service people if they are aware they’re giving her a vehicle with an issue. Service people state they are aware. Woman throws hands up because her vehicle is being held hostage and she’s unsure if loaner will make it to destination of work as a nurse.... where she is very much needed because covid is killing people so she cannot use covid as an excuse to not do her job as dealerships apparently can. Woman drives down road with bum loaner vehicle that sounds as if it may fall apart at any moment to attempt to go help save lives. Long story short.... if you’ve got all the time in the world to deal with excuses, phone calls, trucks that aren’t inspected and issues that will leave you stranded that a company knows about but doesn’t fix.... by all means.... shop here. If not, however, take your business elsewhere. More

I don't know about new cars, but we bought a used Toyota Truck from this dealership. Two days after we bought it, it had to be towed. We just had it towed AGAIN in a four month period. The Service Center said they couldn't get to it for two weeks. I have a farm. I need that truck! Then they called me back after 2 weeks and said that I had 6 lights show up on my dashboard. I KNOW that. That is why I had it towed! Then they said it would cost me $220 just to diagnose what is wrong. They wouldn't even call my warranty company to find out if it would be covered. I know I am a woman, but I am pretty sure they have a plug-in scanner that lets a car's computer tell you exactly what is wrong. I actually worked on cars before computers. I will not be bringing that Toyota in for Service or Maintenance ever again. I am very, very disappointed. More

Predatory sales tactics! Don't go in with a large sum of cash for a down payment - they end up with tunnel vision wanting that cash and sign deals they can't "sell" to a finance company. My brother told the salesman upfront that he only had a Texas ID - he was working on getting his DL cleared up (Texas had a surcharge policy in place that they've since abolished) and provided them with a copy of that ID. The salesman told him that they could handle it "no problem" and told him that "people own vehicles without having a drivers license all the time" so he gave them EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS as a cash down payment. He left in the truck and 30 days later called the company listed on his contract to make his first payment. They told him he wasn't in their system and they would have to check into it and call him back. Neither Duncan Ford nor the company they listed on the paperwork as the finance company contacted him - the date rolled around for the second payment and again he called the finance company - and again he was told they had no account for him. He called me to help him figure it out and when I called the finance company - they explained that the dealership "had the file" - so I called and spoke to the salesman who sold the truck. His response is "oh yeah, they couldn't finance him so we are trying to find another company to buy the deal, we will call you or your brother back and let you know." 15 days later - no call - so I called them. Oops - they forgot and by the way "return the truck" they failed to inform anyone that the deal had not funded - they failed to transmit tags - they FAILED to do anything RIGHT. Now they are suing him for repossession (yep - they want to keep the $8k) oh did I mention that they NEVER CONTACTED HIM OR ME AS HIS POA AT ALL - NO PHONE CALLS, LETTERS, NOTHING. ALL contact was initiated by my brother or myself - until he was served with their lawsuit....which we will answer in court!! BUYER BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! More
