Theres no Idoubt that the rat came from dealership or where the vehicle was before. They refuse to fix it or say it's not covered in the bumper to bumper warranty. So I have a $20000 Jeep that smells like a dead rat instead of a new car. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Duncan or Chrysler. There is no customer service and they will call you a liar before they will fix anything under warranty. IF you do ,hope you enjoy the dead rat smell Also the fact the Jeep doesn't come with a spare or Jack wasn't disclosed until after paperwork was signed.I wouldn't have bought it if told before hand.No spare or Jack is idiotic.Its an off road vehicle.AAA not going off road to change tires.No locking gas cap or gas door.Thats just stupid.No CD player and low budget sound system.I will never buy anything from Duncan again.Was flat out called a liar .So if I do come in there ,that won't happen twice More
