Happy with my car, but disappointed with the customer service. Mauricio and Mack were nice when I was buying the car, but communication and follow-through left much to be desired. My permanent plate sat at the dealership for weeks without anyone notifying me, and I had to repeatedly call to get answers as my temporary plate was about to expire. I was also never told about the referral bonus despite mentioning multiple times that my mom owns a Subaru and told me to buy one… make sure you specifically request the referral bonus. Overall, not the first-time buying experience I expected from this dealership. More

I’m very disappointed in my experience with this dealership and my salesperson Hunter. I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and was told at the time of the purchase that the dealership backs th dealership and my salesperson Hunter. I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and was told at the time of the purchase that the dealership backs their product with a 6 month warranty. The Jeep recently had a check engine light come on and was told by the service department that it is not in fact under warranty. I guess this “warranty” is just a sales tactic to get people out the door. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the sales person and never received a call back from him after he said he’d call the next day. I feel bad for the folks in the service department (Aaron was very nice and professional) who have to clean up these messes from the sales department. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The dealership is excellent. They treat clients very well. Somebody is always ready to greet you out front and make sure you are taken cared of. There’s shows on TV, good coffee selection and a variety of snack options while you wait. They even had treats for my puppy who we brought with us. We bought a Forester Hybrid and they really helped make sure we got the car that we wanted and were happy with the purchase. Our salesperson, Jeremy, was great. He was patient and accommodating. We test drove different cars a couple of months before buying and he was there to help us every time. He was not pushy but us gave us space to think and was just very helpful. The transaction process was straightforward. Everything was explained clearly, costs and all. We really appreciate all the added dealership benefits, especially the one year free maintenance, car key insurance, and limited lifetime powertrain warranty. The Subaru swag they gave as gifts post purchase are also very cool. A few other awesome people also assisted us in the process especially JP in sales, Craig in finance, Darren the manager, and Kristyn of Love Encore. We would definitely come back for their services and future car purchase and refer friends and family. More
