We walked into the dealer looking for Jeanne, and was approached by Skylar. We had requested to speak with Jeanne, Skylar then said my daughter had spoken to her yesterday, a blatant lie. When we had sat down to talk number after test driving the car, the sales manager had shown immense levels of disrespect to us both. He was rude, and displayed deceptive sales practices while we tried to buy a car for my college student daughter. He refused to work with us on our budget the payment was almost double what we had discussed well, and was practically pushing us out the door when we said that number would not work for us, as we had previously expressed we were working on a budget. It was only after an abrupt departure did they call us back saying they were able to find the car in Color and in stock that my daughter wanted at the payment we were looking for. Needless to say, we did not do business with them. They were horribly rude, and deceptive during our short time with them. Suburban Toyota of Troy jumped through hoops to make us feel welcome and respected they also did us far better than these people at Ann Arbor quickly getting us in and into my daughter’s dream car. We will never return Toyota of Ann Arbor. You’re better off doing business anywhere! More

Thomas took good care of me and my RAV4. He suggested other fixes but did not push me to do them. They were things I can do myself. . Arrived there promptly and it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn't do a multi point inspection. They charge 3% for a credit card and add on extra charges that they don't tell change and tire rotation and they didn't do a multi point inspection. They charge 3% for a credit card and add on extra charges that they don't tell you about up front. They didn't put in the right amount for my coupon. I didn't get a multi point inspection report. Someone called to see how my service was and I explained the issues I had. She said they would send me the multi point inspection report but that was a lie. I think they never did one. Stay away if possible More
