I recently purchased a used car (not from Baker) and was advised by my mechanic that there was a transmission leak. I took the car into Baker and thy took over three weeks to repair the transmission. I also asked them to repair a heater problem, that they claimed they repaired but still didn’t work properly, every time I would bring the car in for one problem I would get it back only to discover another one that hadn’t existed before the service. This ordeal continued for nearly two months and resulted in my filing a complaint with the BBB. Baker’s response was condescending and sarcastic. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I would never considering returning to Baker Cadillac for either service or to purchase a car. They were rude and inconsiderate and their quality of service was poor. More
