At Durst Motors, they will try to help you out and advise you where to take your vehicle to fix the problem, and a lot of times can even fix it themselves, within reason of course, and most times at little or no cost to you because they want you to be happy with your purchase, and want you to tell all your friends, and come back and buy again. Website states “We put our customers first” and it’s the biggest lie! Tom sold us a car with an oil leak and did not disclose it to us. He told us the car didn’t have an oil leak when we bought it. Haas (where he said the car passed inspection) and asked what their inspection showed. Sure enough…. it showed an oil leak! When confronted about this Tom simply said “I must have missed that” but still offered no help other than to have his mechanic fix it at a price. Why would we give them more money to fix something that he apparently missed? No way! Tom is a slimy dealer who acts nice as long as things are going his way. More

Do NOT buy from this dealer. Owner is an unprofessional jerk. Got a Chevy Cruze from him in September and it was trash but January. Took it to two different shops for estimates and found out multiple blown head gaskets and needs a total engine replacement! Came to the dealership today, there is a 2014 Cruze for sale I asked how much and was told it was being sold for 9.8k and has 89k miles. The Cruze we bought has more miles and he charged my son 13k. When I asked what is the policy of the car had issues after buying, for instance over heating as (having recently found this out) this is a major issue with Cruzes in this age range. He said and I quote “why would you want to buy it if you’re scared of it” and laughed. I explained the situation and he then proceeds to tell me that “I would never buy a Cruze just because I know of the problems” when I asked why he sold one to my son if he wouldn’t even purchase himself he said there was nothing wrong with it when he sold it. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional, not offering a single vit of advice other than to say that a scrape yard would purchase for 400$. Rude, unprofessional and scammy dealer. Do NOT buy here. More

We asked him to help out with the process by putting together a purchase agreement that our credit union email to us. GM Tom could now care less about us. He said he was to busy (not even looking at us) as he took pictures of a vehicle. I decided to walk out at this point. No common courtesy. Did not even thank us for stopping in. I would advise going somewhere else. You really need to treat people better. We did nothing to deserve this treatment. More
