I had been dealing with bill gatton nissan for two days. 7pm the first night we walked away telling them what price range we had to be in. They couldn't work it out that night but said they may be calling the next day. I had been texting back and forth with the salesman the next day and finally came to an agreement verbally over the phone. I packed up my family which included an infant and made the 45 minute trip. I confirmed again verbally with the salesman three times the deal being made. When I arrived I was presented a NEW deal that was not agreed upon. It was more money and when I brought up the verbal deal the secondary salesman refused to honor it because it was verbal. He got the original salesman and that man even confirmed the deal. They refused to honor the original deal and as I was getting ready to walk away they got the sales manager and all he would say was he was sorry for the misunderstanding but gave the impression that he could care less. I wasted mine and my family's time and gas. I will never buy or deal with a bill gatton dealership again. More

If you have a lease vehicle go to another dealership immediately, they will NOT buy your vehicle although it "sounds like they do". You will be stuck with TWO vehicles for the remainder of your lease agreement. I thought I had experienced all of the horror stories of car sales.....but alas, this was the worst yet. More
