2015 Sentra Brian Cosby I worked with Brian Cosby in getting my new car. He was very helpful! I told him my criteria for my new car. He gave me the link to look at the ca I worked with Brian Cosby in getting my new car. He was very helpful! I told him my criteria for my new car. He gave me the link to look at the cars they had there on their lot. I had about a 2 hour drive to get to Bill Gatton Nissan. So, Brian told me he would have several cars picked out for me to look at besides the one I mentioned. ( I told him to do this for if I didn't like my choice I would have others to choose from). But, he told me would anyways just in case. When we got to the dealership, Brian met us and we talked a little. He showed me the cars he had lined up for me including the one I had picked out. He explained each car and each cars safety features too! When I mentioned another car I also thought about, he showed it to me and told me if it met my criteria or not and told me some about that car too (probably would have told me more if I had showed more interest lol). Brian let me test drive the two I narrowed it down to buy. Brian didn't pressure me in anything, he told me the differences in each car, not only with what the car had on it and included but also the safety features too. I was impressed with that for I don't think any dealer ever went into the safety features with me before. Brian seemed very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and answered all my questions. He even answered questions about other cars that I would point out even though I told him I wasn't interested in the vehicle. After, I test drove the two cars that I was between, he asked me which one I thought would be the right one for me. (Oh, when I test drove each, before I drove it, Brian showed me how to use everything, where everything was located, made sure I was comfortable, mirrors in correct place etc he didn't leave me guessing). Anyways, back to the purchase, he didn't pressure me in any ways. I ended up buying the car that my daughter Maggie and I really loved. I highly recommend Brian Cosby and Bill Gatton Nissan....everyone I worked with were really nice and gave me good advise. I liked the idea that nobody pressured me into anything at all. I was given the information and help I needed. Thank you Bill Gatton Nissan and especially a big shout out to Brian Cosby for being great....he even stayed after hours til I made up my mind and I drove away with my new Sentra that night ! Again, before I drove off in it, he had it cleaned, made sure it had a full tank of gas, BUT Brian,also, showed me again where everything was, how to use it, made sure I was comfortable, and answered any questions I had before I drove off. He made sure of my daugher's and my safety before we drove off. I was impressed with that also. I don't remember some of the other dealership/salesperson doing this before either. More
