We normally don't purchasing a vehicle from a salesman as youthful as Nick. Simply because it becomes a pressure situation. I asked Nick to treat me the same way as he would treat his mother. Boy did he ever. He was the most knowledgeable salesman we have dealt with. He explained the difference between the packages and different models. Once we went inside he talked with us with respect and still maintained compose. I recommend Nick and Bill Gatton Mazda for anyone looking for a vehicle. He took all the time necessary to explain the technology and how to use it on my new purchase. It was a pleasure to work with the entire staff at Bill Gatton Mazda. Nick would always return my calls with in a reasonable time and if he was unavailable Mark would pick up the line and ensure all my questions were answered. Terry in the business department finalized my deal in a timely and professional manner and had me on the road in a matter of minutes. I asked Nick not to let me sit around a dealership for hours trying to close a deal and he told me what time to be at the dealership. When I arrived my new Mazda CX-5 was clean, had a tag on it, and as soon as Nick and I walked around the vehicle we went to finish the paper work. The purchase process took me less than an hour! When I first looked at the vehicle, Nick took his time and explained everything about options to my wife and I. He was very patient with us during the test drive and stayed past normal business hours to answer our questions and ensure we were both satisfied. Oil change service to best trading car experience We arrived for an oil change for my CX-9 and my 9 year old daughter and I decided to look around. We really needed a smaller more economical car for our usage. Everyone at Bill Gatton Mazda are so friendly and along came Nick Rowe. Nick Rowe saw us at the Mazda CX-5's but the 2016's were not in my budget. However, they still had a 2015 inventory and one really caught our eyes. This black CX-5 had everything we needed and some things we wanted such as a sun roof. We needed blind side monitoring, back up camera, Bluetooth technology plus more and more technology. We wanted cloth seating and the CX-5 rides so smooth. I was sold after test drive. Then Mark Ratliff worked his magic with the sales trading my CX-9 for the CX-5. We agreed right away. Off to see Terry Meredith the Finance Manager and we were on our way to riding out in our new 47 miles CX-5. We were over the moon excited. My daughter was starving because we were only going to be there for an oil change but less than 3 hours later we were riding off to her 3:00 haircut appointment and bless Terry Meredith's heart he even gave my daughter DJ his lunch, mozzarella sticks for her lunch because she was starving. I LOVED every minute of our experience trading cars with these guys. They all work well together and looked out for me the buyer and worked with me. The BEST car experience of my life.
