Made me feel right at home I live in Raleigh, NC, 4 hours from the boys in Bristol, but I found an ad online with great pictures of the exact vehicle I was looking for. Great, I live in Raleigh, NC, 4 hours from the boys in Bristol, but I found an ad online with great pictures of the exact vehicle I was looking for. Great, a 4 hour drive, oughtta be fun... I reached out to the sales staff through the live chat on their website (on a Sunday night, someone was there to get my information to the right place), and was connected with Chad in the sales department. He emailed me promptly, in a friendly way, and followed up shortly with a phone call after asking my availability. It takes a lot of faith to get me in a car, driving 4 hours away, to look at a car I can probably find closer. Chad Damron gave me the information I needed quickly, accurately, and didn't hide/sugarcoat/exaggerate anything. I needed to trust someone to make the trip worthwhile, obviously, and Chad's enthusiasm to provide information and answer every question fully convinced me to take the chance. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, and since we had kept in touch during my drive Chad had keys ready for a demo, and had even made sure the car was clean and detailed! It actually looked better than I had expected from the pictures online. I was expecting in every way to find flaws and problems I wasn't expecting, but ALL (few) flaws were pictured (clearly and visibly) in the ad, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well prepped vehicle. It was obvious they wanted the customer to be happy with their new car, not just driving home because they were sold on a quick decision. After returning from the test drive, I was asked for a little information to complete some paperwork and get ready for finance, and given clear expectations for how long things would take, and how everything would be put together. Chad provided pricing that was absolutely fair (I'm sure I could have found something CHEAPER, but cheaper doesn't mean better. For the vehicle I bought, I'd have been VERY hard pressed to pay less and deal with better people.) He also detailed everything clearly so I knew what I was paying for, including out of state titlework and some of the finance details. Before I knew it Terry was ready to meet with me and discuss the actual finance agreement and button everything up. Terry, you get a thumbs up. As a finance professional, a lot of the information you provide is alien to the customer, and you did a fantastic job making sure everything was clear and understood. I didn't feel pressured or under the gun at any time, care was taken to make sure everything fit my needs and wants, and when I asked questions I received clear, direct, honest answers. Another A. Overall my experience was great. I didn't deal with any stereotypical salesmen, I dealt with real people who cared enough to make sure I had everything I wanted, and all with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate at all to make the 4 hour drive again, and with all the Nissan dealers in my neighborhood I'd absolutely consider Bill Gatton, Chad Damron, and Terry Meredith for my next vehicle (Chad call me when the new Titan rolls in :D) No review is complete without some complaining, I think, so Chad, where's my trunk monkey??? Footnote: If you live in North Carolina, and visit Bristol to buy your new car, take HWY 321 to Boone on the way back. You will be very happy, miles and miles of tight, twisty, clean roads to break in your shiny new tires (Z drivers, this means you!) More

Great customer service experience. Very friendly staff. I was very impressed by the employees of Bill Gatton Nissan. From the moment we pulled onto the lot until leaving. We were greeted by Brian Cosby who I was very impressed by the employees of Bill Gatton Nissan. From the moment we pulled onto the lot until leaving. We were greeted by Brian Cosby who was so genuinely friendly to me, my father and my 5 year old son. It is always a nice feeling to walk into a place of business and be made to feel important instead of like a nuisance. Something I think many people have experienced in many places of business. But at this establishment, every employee was very friendly and greeted you with a smile. I honestly can't say speak highly enough of Ashton Randall who helped me to make the right choice for a good, dependable car for my son and I. The car buying experience can sometimes be a very long, stressful and tiresome experience, but Ashton truly went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as possible. She really worked hard to get me in the right car. We test drove a few different cars before deciding upon a new 2015 Nissan Versa Note that my son and I both are loving. It really is the upgrade that we really needed coming from a 1994 Ford Probe GT. One of the highlights of my car buying experience was how Ashton even made the experience so much fun for my 5 year old son. You can imagine being in a car dealership for hours can sometimes be tiresome and boring to a 5 year old. She played with him, had him laughing and amazingly my son had a blast yesterday. She was honestly amazing and is an amazing person. She even got some of the other employees involved in playing a nutty game with him to pass the time. It was honestly so fun to watch. My son now adores Ashton and is asking to go visit her. I would, and will, recommend this dealership in the future to anyone looking to buy a car. Very nice establishment with top notch employees. There was also a small play area for children in the waiting area along with snacks and drinks which was nice. Terry Meredith in finance was also extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at this dealership just seemed so down to earth and really made you feel at home. As long and tiresome the car buying experience can sometimes be, this was a good experience for my family. Thank you Bill Gatton Nissan and especially thanks to Ashton! You really were a pleasure to work with and I know my son will agree :-) More
