I ended up not getting everything finalized until about an hour after the official closing time of 7, but never once did Nick, or any other member of the team, seem impatient or in a hurry to get me out of the door. Although I have only had the car 3 days now I love it. The ride and driving experience is wonderful. I cannot say enough about Mr. Rowe and his professional expertise in this transaction. I had spoken with Tri Cities Nissan in Johnson City, TN the day before and need to tell you there is a world of difference in the two dealerships. JC in no way compares to Bill Gatton. Along with the knowledge and courtesy Mr. Rowe demonstrated he did not in any way try to pressure me into the sale. After all papers were signed this young man spent an extra hour at least, demonstrating the "bells & whistles" of this automobile. I had done my research and tried out 3 other makes of automobiles. This is by far "TOP NOTCH", Mr Rowe and Siudney Mitchell are the best. I have a very dear friend that I have known since our college days who is anticipating buying a Toyota van in the near future. I will be sharing this experience with her and encourage her family to come to see Mr. Rowe before buying. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR ROWE and Bill Gatton to all my friends and anyone I meet wanting to purchase an automobile.
