Once I decided to purchase the Murano, Nicholas brought the paperwork to my house for me sign, again accommodating my busy work schedule. He answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the Murano and the various safety features, most of which I had never heard of. Nicholas was polite and respectful during our meetings. Once I purchased the vehicle, Steve Brady allowed Nicholas to deliver the vehicle to my house, saving me a trip to the dealership. I cannot say enough positive things about my vehicle buying experience, My husband thinks we got a great deal on the vehicle and I received excellent service during the buying process! We went in with pre-approved financing and an idea of what we wanted and our sales guy, Chad Damron, worked his tail off to get us an even better deal on a car that was better than what we had hoped for. Our 2015 Nissan Versa had less than 4500 miles on it when we drove it off the lot! We love this car so much and can't believe it's ours. While we were test driving it, I asked about the safety and Chad instructed my husband to drive into a vacant parking lot, gun it, then slam on the brakes, then do a doughnut. It was so funny and terrifying, but effective and we'd pretty much made up our mind about the car in that instant. Every time we've had to deal with him he makes us feel like we're the only customers he has and that's a great feeling. We would recommend Bill Gatton Nissan and any of their employees to anyone looking for a vehicle. Terry and Chad have just been stellar throughout the whole process and it was worth the hour drive to get such a great experience. More

I got to the dealership a bit later than I wanted, and when I asked what time they closed his response was "We leave when the last customer has been helped". I ended up not getting everything finalized until about an hour after the official closing time of 7, but never once did Nick, or any other member of the team, seem impatient or in a hurry to get me out of the door. Overall a great experience in every way; I would highly recommend Nick and Bill Gatton Nissan. More

He was extremely informative to the accessories available, different styles and with the pros and cons to the different styles of the vehicles. Although I have only had the car 3 days now I love it. The ride and driving experience is wonderful. I cannot say enough about Mr. Rowe and his professional expertise in this transaction. I had spoken with Tri Cities Nissan in Johnson City, TN the day before and need to tell you there is a world of difference in the two dealerships. JC in no way compares to Bill Gatton. Along with the knowledge and courtesy Mr. Rowe demonstrated he did not in any way try to pressure me into the sale. After all papers were signed this young man spent an extra hour at least, demonstrating the "bells & whistles" of this automobile. I had done my research and tried out 3 other makes of automobiles. This is by far "TOP NOTCH", Mr Rowe and Siudney Mitchell are the best. I have a very dear friend that I have known since our college days who is anticipating buying a Toyota van in the near future. I will be sharing this experience with her and encourage her family to come to see Mr. Rowe before buying. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR ROWE and Bill Gatton to all my friends and anyone I meet wanting to purchase an automobile. I went into the dealership looking at the Sentra thinking I could not afford the Altima. But, with the help of Mr. Rowe and Mr. Mitchell I came home with a loaded Altima. Thank you Nick and Sidney. Also my mother has purchased 3 new Cadillacs from Mr. Gatton's dealership over the past several years and has always had a happy experience with them.
