2014 Nissan Altima I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Nick in late December. I loved the vehicle, however the driver seat didn't have enough support for my back and l I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Nick in late December. I loved the vehicle, however the driver seat didn't have enough support for my back and legs. I felt a lot of pain when driving long distances. I called Nick and told him about the issue I was having. He told me that his general manager would do everything possible to make it right. He also felt that a seat that had a more stiff feel would help with support. Nick first showed me a 2015 Mazda 6. I like the vehicle but felt as if the the seats was too stiff. He then showed me a Nissan Altima. The vehicle was perfect for me. I knew that I wasn't able to just swap cars. Nick's General Manager, Steve Brady gave me back the exact same amount that I paid for the Avalon on trade value. Which is rare to find a dealership that will do that and discount their vehicle. Nick got my payment spot on. The purchase was late at night and Nick asked me to come back on Monday to do a full demonstration on the Altima. He also replaced my air valve covers since two looked broke at the tip. This dealership went out of their way to assist me with my car purchase. Nick and Steve are both great assets to this company. Brian Cosby helped us find our new Rogue making sure that we picked the right one for us with all the features we where looking for along with showing us everything about it to make sure it was the perfect fit for us. The manager Steve Brady greeted us with a smile along with offering us a drink or snack to make sure we where comfortable at his dealership and that all our needs where met. That was exceptional considering most places you never even meet anyone but your salesperson and your just looked at like dollar signs. The negotiation was a breeze they offered us such a great deal and we where very satisfied with our trade in value, it really couldn't have been better. Once we finished all that we met Ransom Griffey to go over our paperwork. He went over everything in detail with us making sure that we understood everything, which he made it very easy to understand. He also offered us a lot of great things that can benefit anyone who is buying a car these days. After we finished up Brian brought us to our new Rogue all shined up perfectly and went over all the features with us to make sure we were good along with even pairing up our phones. All in all this place was amazing from beginning to end, I would highly recommend buying your new Nissan from here because the customer service and great deals doesn't get any better than this period.
