2014 Nissan Altima I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Nick in late December. I loved the vehicle, however the driver seat didn't have enough support for my back and l I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Nick in late December. I loved the vehicle, however the driver seat didn't have enough support for my back and legs. I felt a lot of pain when driving long distances. I called Nick and told him about the issue I was having. He told me that his general manager would do everything possible to make it right. He also felt that a seat that had a more stiff feel would help with support. Nick first showed me a 2015 Mazda 6. I like the vehicle but felt as if the the seats was too stiff. He then showed me a Nissan Altima. The vehicle was perfect for me. I knew that I wasn't able to just swap cars. Nick's General Manager, Steve Brady gave me back the exact same amount that I paid for the Avalon on trade value. Which is rare to find a dealership that will do that and discount their vehicle. Nick got my payment spot on. The purchase was late at night and Nick asked me to come back on Monday to do a full demonstration on the Altima. He also replaced my air valve covers since two looked broke at the tip. This dealership went out of their way to assist me with my car purchase. Nick and Steve are both great assets to this company.
