“we had other conversations with you regarding your other issues”? Hmm, then I suppose it would be okay for you to refresh my memory here in writing on these other said issues that were addressed? And by whom? First off. No one addressed s h i t. Otherwise I’d have no reason to be sitting here three months later writing you yet another terrible review. Did anyone address my additional $25 gas fee? No. Did anyone tell me why they said the car had been cleaned at Dutchess Dodge when clearly it wasn’t? No. If it was cleaned, I wouldn’t have my spare tires right now. Because I wouldn’t have been able to get ahold of the previous owner. Nice try. Did anyone address fixing the dent we asked to be removed before purchasing the car as well? No. The only thing you addressed was the tires. Congratulations on being a somewhat decent human being. I also find it sad that your dealership called me after the purchase to try and ask who I think should get the commission. Seriously? Go look at who signed your paperwork? Not my problem. That’s your guys’ job. Not that anyone is competent of even doing said job there apparently. I have so much more crap that occurred that I would absolutely love to air out. There’s nothing dutchess dodge, as a business, can offer me at this point. Myself and anyone else would be beyond simple minded to go to a shady dealership like you. You should be ashamed of yourself for even backing a business like this.

Also in regards to the gas fee, Saying “it’s your policy” doesn’t mean anything when every other Dodge/ Kia / Jeep/ etc dealership in the world does not have that “policy.” Does the main branch or HQ you all work for allow this? My question is WHY? If you won’t give me an answer, maybe they will. If you Google “gas charge car dealership”- no results come back. Because it’s not a thing lol. Or perhaps you should disclose this policy publically. Some of your other negative reviews have touched on the same topic. That is not a normal charge.

My car sounded like a hot rod after service. Wasn’t that way when I brought it in. They put it up on lift and said didn’t see anything just that my exhaust system was rusted out. My mechanic here in New Paltz said it was hit while backing up. Was able to bend it back in place for free. Sorry but I would think your guys would have seen that and fixed it free of charge also. My car may need work because it is getting older but I’m not made of $
