My salesman facilitated the negotiation process and extended his working day in helping me to get my own vehicle and my purchased vehicle to my home. He followed up several times in checking on my satisfaction with the vehicle and otherwise makes himself available. Based on experiences so far, I would recommend this dealership. Supper friendly and courteous but did a HORRIBLE job Been trying to get a minor repair finished for 2 months. 1st time they didn't paint the part. 2nd time after I waited for 2hrs they discovered that i Been trying to get a minor repair finished for 2 months. 1st time they didn't paint the part. 2nd time after I waited for 2hrs they discovered that it was the wrong part. 3rd time they fixed that part but it still didn't solve the problem. 4th time (repeat of 3rd time) So they finally got it all fixed....only they scratched the door panel, console, and paint fixing the original problem. So all of that has to be replaced/touched up. And guess what....the new console was scratched too More
