Example, was not informed detail dept was behind for a Communication between service reps and customers waiting for their vehicles could be improved. Example, was not informed detail dept was behind for a hand wash after my car was serviced for am oil change also i had a schedule appt at 230 brought the car in at 115 and a walk after me was serviced and checking out before me I questioned the service reps and my ticket was still on the desk waiting for hand wash I did not leave until 250 if I was informed detail was behind would have opt out of complimentary wash. Service rep was understanding and my service for oil change was complimentary thank you Ford I love my focus. More
