He spent his entire day catering to our requests, questions and searching until we (I) finally made up my mind. He never made me feel as though he was frustrated or not interested in what I wanted. He did everything possible to make sure I found the vehicle of my dreams! He was very knowledgeable in the details of each vehicle I was asked about and knew the differences between the models. He made recommendations based on what he could thought would best suit my needs - and he was exactly right! He stayed with us through the whole purchase - from first glance at different vehicles to sitting in my new Explorer, showing me how to use all the features. 2017 Ford Explorer I made my deal with Mike Murdock by phone and through e-mail, and he was great to work with. Mike even took photos and shot a specialized YouTube video of my vehicle without my asking for it (which helped me know I made the right vehicle choice). I then drove two hours to pick up my vehicle (didn't mind.. Mike offered to deliver new vehicle). The Duval Ford dealership building was new looking and top of the line. The whole staff worked hard to get me on my way in about an hour. This was a great experience. I love my new SUV. More
