AWESOME RATING - My Experience One might think "awesome", is a term typically used by the young and inexperienced. NOT HERE. Both my husband and myself are very experienced in life One might think "awesome", is a term typically used by the young and inexperienced. NOT HERE. Both my husband and myself are very experienced in life as well as business. Not much can get past us. We recently decided to update my vehicle and chose the mid-size SUV Ford Edge Titanium. We visited several dealerships in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville are, but, no one came close to our price and expectation, that is, until we arrived at DUVAL FORD. These folks are way ahead of the rest of the pack --- they were our to "wow" us, and so they did. Our salesman, Joe Singleton and his manager (Will) crunched the numbers in every different direction and at the end of the evening, we drive home in a new, fully loaded 2017 Edge Titanium at the price we established, which, by the way, was no easy task (although these guys made is look easy!) This is what "AWESOME" is all about in my book! Thank you Joe, Will and Duval Ford for making this gals dream come true. I highly recommend Duval Ford they are AWESOME! Diane & Dave More

New 2016 Ford F-150 purchase I had to drop my F150 off at the dealship for engine problems after 6 months of ownership. After a visit to the dealership for information on the status of my vehicle, I also took time to speak to one of their new car saleperson a David (Gunny) Moore about current new trucks in stock. He was very helpful with working out a trade from my one vehicle to a new upgraded vehicle. Gunny made the process easy with my trade and new purchase. My wife and I was very please with our purchase. I would recommend Gunny to all of my family and friends who would be in the market for any type of automobile at Duval Ford. More

Turned out very well I found a rather limited edition model car, and there were only two of them being sold locally. The first dealer I talked to misled me and it turned o I found a rather limited edition model car, and there were only two of them being sold locally. The first dealer I talked to misled me and it turned out the car was in Ohio and they wanted me to pay to ship it to Florida. I then found a better deal with Duval Ford but due to some things in my credit history that I was not aware of (ex-spouse never took my name off her financed car) I was not sure if I really wanted to jump through all the hoops and red tape and was ready to walk away. But the whole team worked it out and I drove away that same day with one of the best cars I have ever had. I had an issue that turned out to be minor and even after the sale my salesman Warren Hart was quick to respond and offer his personal advice. They even took turns playing with my kid so I could concentrate on the conversations/paperwork. Would definitely recommend. More
