My First Oil Change Experience I called and made an appointment for my first oil change for a Sat at morn. When I arrived there were several cars already ahead of me and others com I called and made an appointment for my first oil change for a Sat at morn. When I arrived there were several cars already ahead of me and others coming in right after me. I was NEVER ignored in spite of the number of customers. '' You can pull all the way up" or '' Who did you have an app with?" or "someone will be right with you " It was so nice to be acknowledged and within a few minutes of my arrival I was directed to the nice lounge to wait where I figured I would be spending the next couple of hours at least. I was pleasantly surprise when a mere 20 mins later I was called to the front to come pick up my car (after being offered a complimentary car wash). I tried to hand over my service coupon but was told my 1st oil change was free! Acknowledged, services in a short amount of time, treated with respect and free!! An absolute wonderful experience. I no longer dread the next time, Thank you !! More

Contacted him this go-around and he put me in contact with Mike Murdock. Richard told me Mike would do a good job and he did. He ran numbers for me on several vehicles, actively tracked down a great rate for the terms I was looking for and went out of his way to find the truck I was looking for with the features I wanted. ALL this was done via email and text message. They then put all the paperwork together and delivered the truck in person. Took 15 minutes to sign all the papers and I was done. Good luck beating that with any other dealer. Joey Kochevar delivered the truck, ran through all the bells and whistles, made sure I didn't have any questions and was off. Richard Tackett is great. I was leery not dealing with him directly but Mike Murdock was great too. All around great experience... More

Also when ford Motor Co. communications hinders him when he cant exactly predict when they will be available to proceed on warranty service which I think puts him in a bad position when he hears all the grief from the customer. So Painful!!! I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from Duval Ford. We told them we had preapproval for a loan through our Credit Union. Finance person said "we I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from Duval Ford. We told them we had preapproval for a loan through our Credit Union. Finance person said "we work with them all the time" and then proceeded to try to originate a new loan (with another credit bureau pull and all) rather than using our preapproval. All to make a few extra bucks originating a new loan. Way too many "games" from this dealership - stay away. Should have been an easy sale and process. They made it SO PAINFUL!!! More
