Even though I live 1 mile away from another Ford Dealership, I drive 1+ hours to come to Duval. David "Gunny" Moore and Will Law always know exactly what I want, know my budget and always work to make it happen. When I go to Duval, I feel like I'm a member of the family, not just a customer. Outstanding Car-Buying Experience Susan Moore was outstanding and went above and beyond. She was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made the entire process pleasant and Susan Moore was outstanding and went above and beyond. She had the vehicle ready 24 hours sooner than we initially agreed upon and all of the financing coordinated with Chris Hayes worked out prior to my arrival. Also, I exchanged a few emails with Warren Hart who initially reached out after I filled out the online credit app. Warren was very prompt and I believe that he was the manager who put Susan in touch with me.
