First of all, I need to say, I shopped and found a dealer in Jacksonville. Duval Ford should be proud of the find staff I met with during my visit.The greeting in the parking lot by a smiling associate, helping me find a proper place to park my RV. She notified Internet manager, Chase, who located LaMark, the best and most patient young man I know took me on a great test drive in the vehicle I found frond their large inventory available online. Smooth and easy, .Did I say morning . . . well it started out that way We spent the whole day driving various cars until we found the one that fit my needs and pocket..As the sun began to fall, the deal was done,Raphael did his thing in the F&I and it was off to mount the temp. tag, and get on the road. Another satisfied customer. The customer service overall was fantastic. Things did slow down a bit when the title transfer got held up and nearly caused me to have some concern about the complicated title work transfer between states. But, Reba Kralisz, Title Clerk Extraordinaire,came to the rescue in the midst of my frustration and second thinking about the whole deal, buying out of state and doing my own title and tags. After not forwarding my title she did what I feel was going above and beyond . . .she called me to ask and wonder why. Wow! My prayers were answered. She right away provided me with the required information needed to resolve the issue. Using Fed-ex, Intervening by way of telephone, communicating with the PennDot officer in the local area that prevented the completion of a unique array of intra-state, multi-jurisdictional confusing maze of paperwork.At the end of the day, all things fell into place because, when you have good people that love their job and do it well, All things work together. . .
