My bank gave me a better rate on the loan so I started the application. It all came to a halt because my bank could not get the title from the first bank because it was not yet processed. I was told by both banks that the process usually takes up to 45 days. After questioning why I was told the dealer had to do their part first so I called Duval Ford back and was directed to Reba Kralisz. She jumped on this immediately and I could not have been happier with the excellent customer service she provided to me. She went above and beyond what would normally be expected. Not only did she react immediately to my problem and as a result my loan was processed in less then two days. She followed up with phone calls and even a letter telling me it was a real pleasure to help me with the title process. Because she works behind the scene and does not always work directly with customers I personally let you know about the outstanding customer service she provided to me. She is amazing, and truly deserves recognition for totally exceeding my expectations. More

That being said, I can say beyond a shadow of doubt, this was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. I went to Duval Ford first as my family has purchased several vehicles there over the years. I now understand why they returned. I felt like I knew the guys I bought my new truck from for half of my life. It was just a great atmosphere and I highly recommend giving them a chance if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I told him what I was looking for, and that I wanted to compare some other cars before I just bought the first car I test drove. He understood and did not pressure me into staying and talking to his manager and then his manager and so on. So I left and test drove the two other cars and decided that the Explore was the the car for me. They did not sit there an play number games which is probably the biggest reason I enjoyed my experience at Duval Ford. So if you are looking for a dealership that will work with you and not play the hours worth of numbers games, then Duval Ford is the place to go. A big Thank you to Keith and Will! More

I travel 1 hour to work with Gunny, Feels like coming home I had another wonderful experience at Duval Ford. I live 1 mile from my local Ford Dealer, but always make the 1 hour treck to Duval Ford. I leased an F150 18 months ago, and had a wonderful experience and worked with David "Gunny" Moore. His service was exemplary, and he even drove the vehicle to my house which is an hour away. So now time to purchase a vehicle for my wife. Once again, Gunny was there for us assisting her find the right vehicle, and assist with securing a lease within our budget. Most importantly, Gunny, and Will Law listened to us, and more importantly took action after listening. I must also recognize Raphael in the finance team. We were his first lease transaction, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his product. We wish him great luck and success with his new position. It was such a pleasure to enter the dealership, and the management team greeted my wife and I by name. I work for a luxury provider, and know this name recognition does not come by accident and requires those involved to do some homework. Very Impressive. I have never been loyal to a car dealership prior to Duval Ford, but am now a customer for life as long as Gunny (and Susan) and Will are there to assist.
