My husband was in contact with the sales man, before we showed up to look at any cars, to inform him of our situation, and to avoid wasting our time, or theirs. When we started dealing with our sales guy, Clayton Rutt, right from the start, he listened, and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want (I've always hated that). He was more than willing to spend any amount of time he needed to show us our options, answer our questions, settle any/all concerns we had, even after we signed the paperwork. I've NEVER had such an easy, and nice experience with car shopping and I can honestly say this was an enjoyable experience! Duval Ford on Cassatt Ave. and Clayton Rutt have set high standards in this experience and this will be the only place I will return in the future to buy another car, and we will definitely be asking for Clayton again, as long as he is still there. Can not be any happier with the whole experience!!! More

Car had noise issues day after oil change David wasn't in so Rudy took care of me first. He was great. David finished my job and he's excellent as usual. I understand each advisor has 2 cars to give to their scheduled appointments but what about emergency are issues. Duval needs to work on that. My other dealership had alot of rental cars. Ty More
