Great experience purchasing a new vehicle at Duval Ford I recently purchased a new 2017 Explorer from Gunny (David Moore). Gunny is the main reason I purchased my vehicle from there, over all the other For I recently purchased a new 2017 Explorer from Gunny (David Moore). Gunny is the main reason I purchased my vehicle from there, over all the other Ford dealers. He went above and beyond what the normal sales rep does when answering questions and taking me out for a test drive. Gunny is extremely knowledgable about the product and you can tell he takes pride and great interest in what he does. I was impressed with all the features that the Explorer actually has, and I wouldn't have known about them if Gunny had not shown me them. Never during the car buying process did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. You can tell that Gunny really cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase, starting from the test drive, all the way through to owning the vehicle. I should mention also that Gunny is great with responding to inquiries. I had a few various questions on different days, and Gunny always responded in an extremely timely manner (even on his day off, which impressed me, but wasn't expected of course). I was able to get a great deal on a new 2017 Explorer and I am loving it so far. I will definitely recommend Duval Ford (especially Gunny) to anyone in the future. Thanks again Gunny! More

We purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus from Duval Ford I don't have a real rating for the dealership yet, so I'll choose a generic 3 star rating for now, but Keith Bledsoe gets 5 ***** for his part in this I don't have a real rating for the dealership yet, so I'll choose a generic 3 star rating for now, but Keith Bledsoe gets 5 ***** for his part in this experience!. We pick up our car tomorrow (Tuesday 9/29/16) and we'll see if everything promised is delivered. But gotta give kudos to our salesman Keith Bledsoe. He worked tirelessly helping us get into our new car and even sent the car out to get the trunk lid realigned & adjusted. Keith also supplied us with a loaner Taurus, for several days, till our Taurus was ready! It will be fully detailed when we pick it up tomorrow morning and then I'll have more knowledge about Duval Ford under my belt and I can make a more informed evaluation when it comes to rating them.
