Sherrod's manager, Matt Tudor became involved in negotiations and after a little give on both sides, we agreed to the deal! I was very excited to pick up my new truck. I had several business appointments and told him I would stop by between them, which I did, and be there after my last one to sign the paperwork. So then I get a text message while in my last appointment telling me that they sold the truck!! They gave me a story saying that the owners trumped them and sold it out from under me-my response was that makes it worse that the owners would do that to a customer! The last I heard from Matt was, "Don't worry, we're going to make this right." That was over a month ago and I haven't heard a peep. More

Mike helped us find the right vehicle and vehicle options for the best price. The vehicle that we finally decided on was way buried in the back lot. Even though it was very late, Mike took my family and I back to go see the vehicle. We had to go through the construction but that just shows how much Mike wanted to find the vehicle that was the one we wanted. Mike's demeanor was very professional even with two squirmy children. The only... I mean ONLY reason I have continued to buy from them is because of "Gunny" Moore. He is fantastic to work with and looks out for the buyer. I would recommend for anyone to go to Duval Ford but I sincerely hope that when you do, you ask for Gunny by name. You will be in great hands. A straight-shooter and always follows through. More
