We originally came to Duval Ford for service to our Ford Taurus Crossover. The service department was excellent. Justin was the person we dealt with, and he went over and beyond our expectations. Our experience with him was excellent also. He stayed with us until 11:30 p.m. getting the paperwork done, explaining all the features of our new car and also setting up the sync and our cell phones. The finance dept. also stayed until we left. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would travel the 5 1/2 hours back to Jacksonville to purchase our next vehicle. We own 6 Ford trucks now besides the car we just purchase. When it comes time to replace one of the trucks, we will definitely come back to Duval Ford. Great job and outstanding customer service!! I was very pleased with the entire experience. Kenny Agostini made me feel like I was a wanted customer. He worked with my poor credit and was never negative. I would call and he would answer, imagine that. The very few times we left messages, he returned the call almost instantly. I drove into the dealership knowing that my vehicle was not ready; Kenny did not seem inconvenienced. He welcomed me and brought me to check out the vehicle I initially had my eyes on. Then we talked and walked through the lot. At that time Kenny suggested another vehicle which was in my price range. I really wanted the second vehicle (an F150 supercrew all along but couldn't find a vehicle that hit my range). We took it for a test drive. It was obviously after hours. Kenny worked with me all along and never seemed like he wanted to get rid of me so he could go home and eat dinner. He had a great personality and I didn't look at him as a salesman who was trying to finagle; I honestly felt like I was in good hands. I normally can't stand salesman.
