I "extolled" two people to clarify with you directly as I did in email that was forwarded to you because the sales staff sucks. Plain and simple. I dealt with Brittany before ever buying and after. She is the only person there who knows how to communicate effectively. Please stop insulting me regarding your opinion of what you know nothing about regarding. If truly concerned you would have reached out to me, not via email in any form. Your dealership has no concern to resolve anything. I have forwarded to Ford and Honda directly as well as Scott-McRae office. This is so insulting of and is "lack of communication and follow up"! They are not service issues, they are dealership and DUVAL GROUP issues.
