Friendly staff and service was completed in reasonable amount of time. Also, received electonic notification when service was complete. The only suggestion for training purposes is the oil monitor system amount of time. Also, received electonic notification when service was complete. The only suggestion for training purposes is the oil monitor system was not reset and instead of filling the oil with 15 quarts (capacity per Ford manual), the truck was filled with 13 quarts (I verified via oil dip stick and added two quarts to fill mark).
