I am very happy with the service I received at Duval Ford, I went in as a result of a screw that had stuck in the side wall of my tire. The service manager (Toelken Andy) told me that he would attempt t Ford, I went in as a result of a screw that had stuck in the side wall of my tire. The service manager (Toelken Andy) told me that he would attempt to get a replacement tire by that afternoon it was about 12:3 0 when I stopped in. He called call me at about 2 pm for me to return to the shop, I missed the call. I just happened to go back in the next morning, my tire was replaced and I was on my way out in about an hour. I really appreciate the call and the speedy service not to mention the courtesy. More

Arlington area take a little extra time to come here instead of COGGIN because they really treat you like a person and I've been to Coggin and unless your there for a oil change your appointment means n instead of COGGIN because they really treat you like a person and I've been to Coggin and unless your there for a oil change your appointment means nothing to them. Even their parts dept staff will shut you down without even looking on the computer to see if your part is available if they think your model is to old. Twice DUVAL has proved to me Coggin is just to big for their britches and and doesnt care for their customers. I want to give a big shout out to Bruce Miller for his professional treatment and willingness to go the extra mile to help me, And a special shout out to the parts department for looking in the computer and seeing that they could get my dimmer switch button when COGGIN would not. More
