Visiting family (I live in Kentucky) and discovered a nail in the tire. After contact with service writer it was determined it would be best to replace all four tires due to tread wear. Since i was not expecting to need service i didn't have an appointment. Since i was traveling home the next day i needed tires asap. The service writer ( I think His name was Christian )checked and the tires i needed were not in stock. He got on the phone, located the tires and had them delivered to the dealership. He then had the tires installed and my car safely on it's way. Glad he was the service writer I contacted. He went out of his way to insure my vehicle was once again safe to travel within that I was 100% satisfied More
