Got off to a rough start as being a first time customer there was a bit of confusion as to the reason for my visit. But once that was sorted out the service was excellent. They don’t print sales contracts anymore and have you read and sign on an iPad but they’ll tell you the iPad doesn’t work so to read and sign the paperwork on your phone so they can sneak in an $800 oil read and sign on an iPad but they’ll tell you the iPad doesn’t work so to read and sign the paperwork on your phone so they can sneak in an $800 oil change they told you was complimentary and then when you bring the vehicle back to be looked at under warranty and they have no idea whats wrong with it so they keep it for months and run out your warranty because they aren’t willing or aren’t able to diagnose the issue and you’re stuck with an inoperable vehicle with a payment and to add insult to injury they won’t stop calling you at 7:30 in the morning enroll you in some membership or try to sell you more service when they couldn’t fix the vehicle in the first place.
