I brought my car in for routine maintenance and waited for it to be completed as the wait time was not too long. Upon returning at the estimated time he shared about the reason for the delay and had someone working on it. While waiting Lauren Vining worked with me on preparing for an upcoming rental car. She did a great job preparing the paperwork and details for me. While she was working, I had the opportunity to talk with Michael Taylor who was very courteous and engaging. I went through a recent process with Ford Motor company and Ford Credit regarding a replacement vehicle as my 2017 Ford Focus was potentially a lemon. Working through all off the behind the scenes work with Ford Motor company it was time for me to go into the dealership to pick out my replacement vehicle. Upon arriving I spoke with a gentleman who set me up with Taysha. When I arrived at the dealership Taysha was very helpful and understanding of the process I was going through. She walked me through everything and we found the new vehicle I was choosing as a replacement. I can say without Taysha this process would have been way worse. She was on her game. Would respond promptly to messages and answered my calls whenever I needed to ask a question. Finally yesterday over a almost 2 month process I signed all the documents and finally my 2017 Ford Focus was replaced with a 2018 Ford Focus. Taysha THANK YOU for everything!! More

My experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The salesman wasn’t pushy like I found it other car dealerships he asked you what options I wanted and showed me only that. When I came in to the service department McKenzie and my salesman Alden met me gave me a brand new loaner truck because I use my truck for work and couldn’t use an SUV. I’ve never been to a car dealership or dealt with the service department that cared so much about their customers and making their customers happy.
