Fantastic Experience I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner from Duval Ford. I live in South Carolina and had searched everywhere for the this vehicle. I inquired abou I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner from Duval Ford. I live in South Carolina and had searched everywhere for the this vehicle. I inquired about the 4Runner they had for sale and immediately was contacted by their Sales Representative David Perera. David was great to work with! The next morning he sent me a video of the vehicle that he did just for me.. showing everything and describing in detail. I was sold right then. My big problem was that I lived 5 hrs. away. David offered to drive the vehicle up half way and meet me. When I picked up my 4Runner I was excited.. everything looked great. I drove it back home and the next day I noticed one of my headlights would not come on automatically.. David told me it was probably a bulb and said Duval Ford will cover the bulb for 60 days. I kept forgetting to get the bulb checked as I did not drive much at night. On the 61st day the bulb finally stopped working for good. Within a matter of a few days David had tracked down the bulb and sent it directly to my house. I am very pleased with my experience with Duval Ford and would highly recommend this dealership.
