Sadly I discoved that my friend had graduated from head of fleet sales in 2000 to the Big Big Cheese over all of Duvalland. Much to my surprise he personally returned my call like the gentleman he is. I arrived the next day and after a tour of the new facility ( and introductions to many of the fine crew) was lucky again to stumble upon a Superduty which had everything I needed and some extra safety features as well. Sat with Richard Tackett and within minutes ( seriously folks minutes) the deal was done.! Knowing I am a real stickler for perfection ( Ask Richard to tell ya bout my " first" SD order.... thatsa story unto itself "sqeek -squeek") he sent me home with the truck ( which I Immediatly christened " The Silverback") 🦍. Well Im sure that you know by now it was luv at first site, and I returned the following day to sit with the real brains of the Tackett Team ( She simply calls herself Patti) but let me tell you folks your in good hands from the get go.! In a short time all my questions were easily answered and a world of information specific to my purchase were exchanged. While I was doing all this, quietly in the background a whole crew of good folks led by the intrepid Bryce Roderick had ushered my new baby to be shined and inspected like a prize race horse before the Kentucky Derby. So as Pattii and I finished up the paperwork and swapped boating stories others were dbl checking to be sure it was 100% ready. Better wrap this up cuz Im sure theres work to be done and it aint gonna happen sittin around reading reviews. Many thanks to everyone I met and hope to see ya soon( for new parts on my 2000 SD V-10 thats still running strong at 259,000 miles) and just to say hello to RT, BR and Pattii. More

Very pleasant experience After researching vehicles on line I found a used truck that seemed to have the features we wanted. I contacted them and Mike Murdock (sales manager) texted me back. I did the credit application online. We took a 3 hour drive to Jacksonville to see the truck. David Perrera showed us the truck, took us for a drive and answered our questions. Considering it was a Dodge and not a Ford he was very helpful and we enjoyed working with him. We also had a pleasant experience with our finance person Zach Gordon and with the cashier Debra. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and it was the best vehicle purchasing transaction we've ever had. We would highly recommend this dealership. More
