Cistomer service at its best I have a 2014 Accors that I purchased at another local Honda dealership. Unfortunately I had a part break on the car only after a year. The original dealership could never seem to "duplicate" the issue, but when I brought it to Duval Honda they found it within 30 minutes. The parts were ordered and the car was repaired quickly under warranty. No haggling, problems, or feeling like no one believed me. A complete opposite from the other local dealership. I will now have all my maintenance done at Duval. My only regret is that I did not purchase the car from Duval to begin with. Thank you for being so kind to me and listening to my issue. More
