He is the only salesperson who added useful information that helped me make an informed decision (as compared with the more common experience of feeling as though I'm being given a pitch). Zach was personable and professional all around. He has a relaxed approach and demonstrates excellent listening skills. My decision was based on safety, reliability, fuel efficiency and price and Zach's knowledge was evident in each of these areas and beyond. Zach was always prompt at returning my calls or responding to email inquiries. This is the way car shopping needs to be. Not only were there no hidden surprises, but Zach was informed enough to make sure that I gave consideration to several things that could go easily unnoticed as I moved to making my final decision. Zach made this an enjoyable (and hassle-free) experience! He instills confidence and the ability to complete the transaction in such a timely manner is unheard of and unbeatable in today's market. John McKean always finds a way to get me an appointment even when I call at the last minute just before heading out of town. More
