WAlk In Oil Change I walked in at 430 pm to get my oil change. The lady technician greeted me (forgot her name but she did introduce herself). She was very friendly. This was pretty good since I did not have an appointment. I love Duval Honda and have never been treated any way but friendly. Thank you. More

Kudos to Tom Martin Tom is my service advisor. He is the consummate professional who explains in detail what service and/or preventive measures need to be taken to ensur Tom is my service advisor. He is the consummate professional who explains in detail what service and/or preventive measures need to be taken to ensure that my 2013 Pilot runs efficiently. I look forward to our continuing relationship as my Pilot now has 76,000 miles on it and am looking for at least 200,000 miles out of this great vehicle. I trust Tom's advice and am fully confident that with his help (and the technicians who perform the highly sophisticated wrench work!), my Honda will be on the road for several more years.
