DTC sold my son a truck that was apparently not inspected prior to being sold to him. It ended up not being driveable in less than 2 months. After getting it towed and inspected, the mechanics found a minimu prior to being sold to him. It ended up not being driveable in less than 2 months. After getting it towed and inspected, the mechanics found a minimum of $1700 in repairs including faulty brakes, lots of rust, and fuel tank/gauge issues. The salesman retired within a week of reporting the issues to the dealership and the sales manager has been unresponsive, unprofessional and disrespectful. The practices and conversations have been very deceitful, bordering on fraud. We are well within our rights of filing for lemon law violations but have been trying to work things out on our own. They’ve made things very difficult and my son has been without a safe truck without major issues for approximately 3 months now. More
