I bought 2022 Jeep compass latitude on 2022 and these piles buried me in the car with a car I traded in that I only owed 4000 on.. Now, I don’t normally write a review based on the first interaction with someone; But the interaction i had with one of the mechanics really sent me off the rails. After finding out my transmission had bee interaction with someone; But the interaction i had with one of the mechanics really sent me off the rails. After finding out my transmission had been recalled and the dealership couldn’t get me in until next week, i began making frantic calls to check if anyone around could get me in sooner. The mechanic who picked up the phone (think he said his name was Harris or something?) was an absolute pain to talk to. You know the type, the type who thinks they know everything and anything you need to know before you can even say it. he instantly got annoyed when i asked about my problem, talking to me like i had no clue what i was on about when im literally explaining the EXACT problem. Bro was literally talking over me, asking why i was calling THEM instead of a dealership closer to the one i originally got my car from. As if calling you was my first choice. Instead of just saying, ‘no sorry we don’t have availability for you, im currently booked out until next month”, we had to endure an annoying and pointless conversation as all he could do was and i quote “run codes and have a friendly conversation about what comes up”. No thanks buddy, i can’t think of a worse way to waste my time. Why would we continue to run codes when we already know the problem? I couldn’t tell you. For a Chrysler mechanic he sure doesn’t seem to know a whole lot about them. To anyone who works there reading this that genuinely cares about customer service, keep that guy away from the phone. Hopefully he’s better with cars than he is with people, but he’s probably not. And to anyone reading this that was planning on going here to get your car serviced? You’re better off going somewhere else. More
