This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. My first experience was great, is why I gave them another shot. I have had this 2019 Ram 1500 for about 3 weeks now but after the first w dealership. My first experience was great, is why I gave them another shot. I have had this 2019 Ram 1500 for about 3 weeks now but after the first week, all the controls on instrument cluster stopped responding. Tried calling the dealership about it but nobody wanted to help because I called within an hour of closing. After 2 hours of researching, I found out it was a fuse. A week later my radio sound would cut out and crackle intermittently. This should not be happening, the car is 3 years old and only 28k miles. I called my salesperson, Erika Lippincott and left a message, but it’s been 4 days and she has not responded. I know I’m out of the warranty window but I would appreciate a call back and offer some advice. I feel like once she got the sale, she cut off all communication. If this wasn’t the exact color and optioned truck I was looking for, I don’t think I would have bought from them. So now I have a fairly new truck with a radio that cuts out for hours at a time.
