A Dealer that Doesn't stand behind its Products On Oct 4th I went through Costco's Auto Program, because I was guaranteed best service and special pricing list. This was the dealership that Costco w On Oct 4th I went through Costco's Auto Program, because I was guaranteed best service and special pricing list. This was the dealership that Costco works with. I was sent an email with all the "CERTIFIED Pre-Owned Trucks" that the lot had (being "Certified" is a requirement for the vehicle to be sold thru the Costco Auto Program). The sales associates ignored this, never gave me any special price list, and just knocked off a few $$ off their internet price. It was supposed to be a better experience, but I spent ALL DAY doing the same haggling and being pushed by salesmen to make a move. It was equally frustrating because I have purchased 2 other vehicles from this same car lot, and there was Zero gratitude for the fact that we had been faithful customers of this company!! As I was inspecting the Truck, in the wheel-wells and the under carriage area, I noticed that Everything was painted a matching gloss black (springs, shocks, brake calipers, leaf-springs, steering, etc...), which was strange, but was told that there was a special undercoating applied. Then I noticed there was some dried Mud underneath the sides. Asked 3 times for them to take it in back and pressure-wash the under-carriage, to remove the mud and clean it up. Each time they said they would be happy to, then said they did it. I was still able to reach under with my hand and pull out a handful of mud. Once I got home, I realized all they really had done was get the mud wet to blend it in. So I frustratingly pressure-washed it myself. While underneath I soon found out that the ENTIRE UNDERSIDE, was caked with thick gravelly mud and a gloss black spray-paint was applied OVER ALL the Mud. This was a huge Cover-Up and Not a special undercoating. 1 of 2 things happened here; 1) The pre-inspection on the trade-in was very poor, or 2) the dealership covered up this mess themselves. What kind of Full "Safety Inspection" could have really been done when there was 1/4" of mud covering the entire underside, with a coat of paint over that. (seriously, I have pictures even) I'm now Scared that this might have something considerably wrong that was hidden. I did my best to expose all the metal by washing off the mud, and now that it has dried, I see Rust Everywhere, from the mud sitting on the metal. I had an extensive conversation with the salesman, and he refused to do anything. I then contacted Costco, who sadly just put me in contact with a manager at Dwayne Lane. I simply wanted them to fully pressure-wash all the mud underneath, have a competent 3rd-party fully inspect it, to make sure this vehicle is safe and sound to be on the road carrying my family. I finally got the manager (J.C.) to offer THEIR service team to re-inspect it.....I said "xxxx yes, if that's all you will do, then lets schedule that." This conversation took place on October 15, and I have yet heard back from anyone, and it is now Nov 2! I've left several messages and have been completely ignored. I have since talked to another dealership who will do the safety inspection on the truck for FREE, because they too are frustrated at the lack of customer service I've received. The other dealership also informed me that this truck was most certainly NOT "certified" as Dwayne Lanes claimed it was. Don't waste your MONEY and TIME!!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else, where the people are decent and care about a long-term relationship with repeat business. More

Get there 1/2 early s I get my oil changed at Dwayne’s like clock work. I get up extra early on Saturday. That’s the day they do warranty oil changes. Get there 1/2 early so I’m not there all day. The line gets long. They are pretty fast at changing the oil. It’s the fact that the sticker to remind me when my next oil change is needed. They screw it up every time. This last time they put my old mileage down. And they keep forgetting to reset the oil change light on the dash. Had to turn around go back and get them to do it. I know there busy but. So am I. I get up early to be the first in line so how about making the extra effort to double check all the stuff before you hand back the keys More

Liars!!!! I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the pape I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did. I let the salesman (Alex - Big Al) know that from the get go. I went into the dealership because I kept getting emails about how they needed some 2015 Wrangler Unlimiteds for their used care inventory; I figured it was just to get me in to buy. I asked what they'd give me for my pristine Jeep and they told me. We then looked (at my request) for a replacement 2017 Wrangler. They didn't have what I wanted so I looked at Rams. Only really had to look at one. It was made for me! It has everything on it that I wanted and more. I told the sales manager (Jason) that I'd like the evening to consider the deal and I'd let him know the next morning (yeah, I was a "B-Back"). Bottom line, the deal was too sweet to pass up so we traded. Again, remember I'm no novice at trading/buying/selling vehicles. I feel like the Big-Al/Jason combo is a good team. Ask for them! More

James G. is a condescending jerk. I brought in my dodge promaster to have the broken window switch replaced. They replaced it with a broken switch and when I told them it wasn't fixed I brought in my dodge promaster to have the broken window switch replaced. They replaced it with a broken switch and when I told them it wasn't fixed they said I broke the new one. I tried it once and could tell it wasn't fixed. So I went back in and James said " what, did you break that one too." I was shocked. 4 weeks later I'm back here and he has a bad attitude still. I don't have a choice as this is the only dealer that works on promasters. More
Bait and switch Buyer beware. This dealership practices bait and switch technique. Andrew and sales lied about them having a car they advertised. My fiancé and her Buyer beware. This dealership practices bait and switch technique. Andrew and sales lied about them having a car they advertised. My fiancé and her 18-year-old daughter drove from Tacoma to Lynnwood for a car they said they had, only to find out they didn't have it when they got there. Then he tried to sell them on cars double the price. They lure you to the dealership with false advertisement. I called Andrew to ask him about this and he was rude to me and hung up. This is a shady dealership so don't do business with them. More
