James G. is a condescending jerk. I brought in my dodge promaster to have the broken window switch replaced. They replaced it with a broken switch and when I told them it wasn't fixed I brought in my dodge promaster to have the broken window switch replaced. They replaced it with a broken switch and when I told them it wasn't fixed they said I broke the new one. I tried it once and could tell it wasn't fixed. So I went back in and James said " what, did you break that one too." I was shocked. 4 weeks later I'm back here and he has a bad attitude still. I don't have a choice as this is the only dealer that works on promasters. More
Bait and switch Buyer beware. This dealership practices bait and switch technique. Andrew and sales lied about them having a car they advertised. My fiancé and her Buyer beware. This dealership practices bait and switch technique. Andrew and sales lied about them having a car they advertised. My fiancé and her 18-year-old daughter drove from Tacoma to Lynnwood for a car they said they had, only to find out they didn't have it when they got there. Then he tried to sell them on cars double the price. They lure you to the dealership with false advertisement. I called Andrew to ask him about this and he was rude to me and hung up. This is a shady dealership so don't do business with them. More
Standard Bait and Attempted Switch While shopping around for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee I contacted Dwayne Lane to see what they had for inventory. They did not have what I wanted but w While shopping around for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee I contacted Dwayne Lane to see what they had for inventory. They did not have what I wanted but wanted to earn my business so they would trade for the model I wanted. The offered to match a quote I all ready had from a different dealer, get more for my trade and give me an oil change. That was better then the signed offer I already had so I figured why not give them a try, so I went there first. Well it all went down hill as soon as I drove on the lot. The salesman I had been speaking with was busy so they handed me off to another guy. I showed him the deal we had worked out and he went to see what he could do. Came back with a deal that was not even close. I explained and showed him the messages. He went to get Tom Sneddon who came back and said they could not do the deal. So after wasting 2 hours of my time we left and went to Rairdons in Monroe and bought the Jeep we wanted for a very fair price and left the table happy. It really is worth the drive out to Monroe to get away from the slim. More
Don't buy your car here! Worst experience ever. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Started out with a nice enough salesman, but then he passed us off to a cock Worst experience ever. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Started out with a nice enough salesman, but then he passed us off to a cocky, arrogant, pushy, disrespectful salesman. Wished I would have walked away but ended up buying only because we had invested so much time. Wouldn't even give this one star. Its a shame they are ruining the good name of Dwayne Lane. Go to Rairdon's on Marysville. More
Love my new car and GREAT customer service I have to start out by saying that the service from Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge was great from the beginning. I arrived at the dealership aft I have to start out by saying that the service from Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge was great from the beginning. I arrived at the dealership after speaking to Dave Tisdial over the phone for a few days and was able to basically get a deal worked out. Once I arrived they did better than expected on our trade and came down on the price of our Challenger as well. Dave gave me a feeling that I was important and that he really wanted to help me and not just get a sale by any means. I appreciate Dave's professionalism and enjoyed my experience from start to finish with Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I will do business here again and recommend Dave to all of my friends and family for their future vehicle purchases! More

Finally a decent car buying experience We were in the market for a new 4x4 for the family, as we recently had a baby, really were looking at used, but were open to new. We went to several Dealerships from Marysville, to Seattle, both dealerships and Used car lots, we started out at this dealership when we narrowed out search to the Jeep family, as I also have a 2013 Wrangler 2 door, great for what I needed at that time, now we wanted something with decent fuel consumption, safe, 4x4, and how it felt. The Patriot, Renegade and Cherokees fit the bill. As I mentioned we went to several other Dealerships and car lots, but there was one that stood out, so we ended back there to make the purchase, and working further with our salesman. At Dwayne Lanes and mainly our salesman JR Reese, we felt no pressure, he advised us of both and new, found some great rebates on the Patriot stock available/built within the Jeep network, We also looked at the new Renegade, but after the test drives, felt the Patriot was the better choice for us. We both found it was nicer to drive, it has a great turning radius, peppy, roomy for 5 people, and is comfortable to drive. We built one on line, as they had one that was close to what I built, with the exception of color and trim package, Altitude with the black rims, and badging, and in a slightly different color, so mainly cosmetic. This was a Sport 4x4 model they had, but was well equipped with the better driveline and other options we wanted. JR spent time searching for us, and there was nothing, it would to have been built, and the rebates would not apply. Unlike the other deanships we went to, there was no pushing of models above what we looked at, no harassing follow up calls to pressure a sale, we called him and set up a second visit, as he was a positive beacon in our search. He was patient and we went over the packages and inventory both at this location and within the Jeep network and this worked out as the best deal we could get, ever better than what I could get a used one for, with 1-3 years old, with low miles, and it had the Driveline I was after. It was a well thought out order, gave you pretty much all the options a Latitude with the it fully loaded, minus the leather, sunroof and steering wheel controls. I do in all honesty like what we have color wise, as I said it was minor cosmetic, but the 2015 Jeep Patriot is really a nice vehicle, so if you’re in the market for a good mid-sized SUV, I would consider this model, but reach out to JR Reese and he can work with you and find what is best for you, with no pressure. So, thank you to both JR Reese and Dwayne Lanes, you made this a very pleasant, educating experience! More
