I asked about Ram's I viewed on their website and inquired about Costco pricing. Joey stated that I would be able to get the Costco pricing, but I would need to come in there because they don't like to waste time over the phone and people don't show up, I should have taken this as a hint, but I drove the 1 Hour to the dealership. I test drove a couple trucks with Joey in the backseat. He knows nothing about these trucks, I was asking questions about model differences and how options worked and he also had no clue, stating if I really wanted to know if could ask someone else. I was not sure at this point what options I wanted or needed and what I could live without, pros and cons. I was thinking and Joey was getting frustrated, talking louder and shuffling papers demanding answers so he could find me a truck and basically get me out of there. I overheard a conversation he was having that he was going to miss another appointment he had dealing with my indecisiveness. WHAT?!? He came back to me and wanted to know what I chose, because according to him I had already invested 3-4 hours of my time so I should really just pick one. I told him the truck that I was leaning towards, he wanted all my info for a credit check, wait I said, he has STILL has not even offered up any numbers and I had already secured my own financing, but he was trying to insist he could do better and needed my info. I told him I needed numbers and he just had to walk away like I was asking too much stating, "I thought payments didn't matter." Well, Lucky for me, my wife was with and told me to just get up and walk away because she could see I was emotionally beat up and anxious and may have just signed to make his badgering stop. We called our local Bellingham Dodge Dealership and decided to just stop in and see. WOW what a difference, no pressure, we ended up buying a 2014 Dodge Ram and a 2014 Chrysler 300C that same night! All I can say is "BIG MISTAKE, HUGE" Dwayne Lane!! I would NEVER recommend going to this dealership for anything ever!! More

I made all arrangements over the phone they evaluated my fathers trade for over an hour. Contract was done for my father they made a mistake on the odometer of his trade in and therefore after he left and went home out of state they called and demanded $5k more. The General Manager threatened to have him arrested for stealing and crossing state lines, a federal offense and he wasn't even aware of what was going on. Now we are going to court. Do not go there. He actually sat down at the desk and said It was time for me to leave and get out...a short time later he stands up from behind his desk and basically orders me out of the store verbally in an agressive and threatening manner in front of sales people and customers nearby! I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse ...they said they review all inquires whatever that means. I can't rate Dwayne Lane's Dodge any lower or I would except the system doesn't allow a much lower rating! More

Don't go here! We bought a cherokee here and got it home and the air conditioner didn't work and it had a rodent's nest in the engine. The service center quoted $1100 for repairs and said it wasn't cov home and the air conditioner didn't work and it had a rodent's nest in the engine. The service center quoted $1100 for repairs and said it wasn't covered under the worthless warranty they sold us as well. I decided to get a second opinion on the repairs and it only had a low a/c charge which i fixed for $200. Avoid these guys like the plague. They will high-pressure sell you and then forget who you are after you sign the papers. We called them probably 30 times without a callback ...Unbelievable. Worst car buying experience ever. More
Son looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and trading off his Jeep Commander. When there the salesman was nice so to speak and then once they had you down at the desk thats when the fun began. He started off his Jeep Commander. When there the salesman was nice so to speak and then once they had you down at the desk thats when the fun began. He started off trying to explain credit etc. to us and when I said that I work for a Credit Union and both my son and myself had excellent credit he just didnt get it. I finally told my son lets go this place is a joke then all of a sudden he decided to shift gears. Then it came down to looking for the vehicle and he the sales person all over the board. Again we say one thing and then he does the opposite. Finally I told him what part do you not get this is the price point regardless of the payment do you or do you not have the vehicle as describe in your ad? So we are now walking around and of course they do but it has all these other incentives that you don't qualify for and back at the table we go. We finally left and said will go to the other Dealer in Marysville see ya. An hour later we are at the other dealer and now they want to talk etc. He said we can beat whatever price the Dealer there is offering and make it worth your time. So of course it is now late into the evening and everyone is tired. We went back to this Stealership only for them to come back and say we can get you additional $300 and we told them on the phone what was needed. So the sales person goes to the Finance manager behind the glass wall and then you hear very clearly say "They can either take the deal or not"! Well guess what NOT!!!! Went back to the Dealership at Rairdons of Smokey Point the next day SUNDAY and did they ever make a deal for my son. They even beat the Dealership in Idaho which was going to be our next weekend road trip. Nothing over the years that I have lived in Snohomish County has changed with Dwayne Laynes. If anything it is still the same Dealership that plays the game of trying to break you down piece by piece till you finally cave in. One would think that people if feeling presured would walk away and maybe then they would get it but probably not. There are lots of other Dealerships that sell cars whether it a Chrsler/Jeep/Dodge product your looking for but this place doesnt deserve to be in business and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau shortley More
My sweet dependable 2000 Jeep Wrangler with 131,000 miles entered Dwayne Lane's Everett Chrysler Jeep this morning to have a new spare key programmed. (Lost the original spare last week and was forced to use entered Dwayne Lane's Everett Chrysler Jeep this morning to have a new spare key programmed. (Lost the original spare last week and was forced to use a dealer because there is a computer chip in the key). I paid the $127.60 to the nice check out girl and proceeded to my Jeep. Inserted new key, lock wouldn’t turn. Inserted the original key, lock wouldn’t turn. Returned to the Service Department, where the Assistant Service Manger, Kelly, said “Gee, I hope this isn’t another failed ignition cylinder – that’s over 3 this month – good thing it failed here!”). Huh? So, I was told they would have to replace the cylinder and would most likely have to insert the key and use a sledge hammer on it to unlock the steering column – or they’d have to break the column all together What? Now into 2 hours of a 1 hour job – I asked how much this was going to cost. Kelly said $112 for the part and 1.5 hours for the labor (which is $110/hour) – but he’d only charge me for 1 hour. What a great guy! How long – “come back in an hour”. Well, I waited patiently and looked longingly across the parking lot at my trusted old Sahara for about 30 minutes waiting for anyone to start the work. I turned away briefly thinking I should start looking for a new Jeep. Then heard the decade long familiar “whine” of the starter of my Jeep and saw him rapidly moving towards the service bays. So, they didn’t have to ram the key with a sledge hammer into the ignition after all… How convenient. I hurled myself back at Kelly’s desk where he told me KB had gotten the lock to work and all that might be needed is a good cylinder cleaning. “Have a seat” he told me, “about an hour”… 2 hours later saw that my Jeep had been moved to the “all good” side of the parking lot and waited for Kelly to come get me ASAP to proceed to checkout. After about ½ an hour, he emerged saying “I was good to go”. I said “Thanks so much” as I reiterated that I was already late for work. The cute check out girl took my Visa and charged $127.60 for the pleasure of having my “cylinder” cleaned. She said “Have a nice day” – I told her “that’s not remotely possible any longer”. Proceeded to my Jeep, “Duncan” (because he was purchased at the Duncan Auto Mall) and inserted the key, turned the ignition and – Voila! The engine started. But wait, what’s that flashing key symbol doing on, and then, Duncan died. I inserted the new spare key and, Voila! Same deal. I trudged back to Kelly’s desk and told him of the new events of the day. Shortly thereafter, KB returned and took apart the column and fiddled with it (I think they have an auto service certification in that category because KB likes to “fiddle” a lot which gives me total assurance that once fiddled, any problem is fixed for good!). After a little fiddle time, I asked KB “wuz up?” Hey said that the little antennae ring around the cylinder was pushed too far in so the key wasn’t registering with the little chip thing. KB said “hope your day goes better” – well same words of “not even remotely possible” pursed from my lips. As I turned the key and my Jeep started I felt everything now appeared in order, except for the low fuel light warning… I said “To xxxx with it!”, as I peeled out of Dwayne Lanes, never to return again. Funny thing, I was earlier admiring the new 2013 Red Sahara with leather and thought maybe it’s getting time to put less stress on my beloved Duncan. My theory is that there were metal chards on the new key that gummed up the mechanism… This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had – avoid Dwayne Lane’s at all cost. More
I bought my car from Dwayne Lane's and have been regretting it ever since. It seemed like the moment after I signed the paperwork it was no longer necessary for them to treat me like a customer. We quickly found a nice used truck that was within our price range although we DID have to negotiate over the list price; ultimately they were brought down to what we were looking for. We have listed them as "5" in all the above categories, and did have a high quality experience, but I expect that a young purchaser should watch out lol. My suggestion is that ANY young or inexperienced purchaser should go with someone over 40 to ANY car dealer. :) All the best and it was a lot of fun. They were even nice to our little dog lol. More

When information on a tail light that would not work. Thank full Greg Rairdon's service department was able to answer the question over the phone. When I called Tom Lanes office to voice my customer concerns about the treatment I assumed I would hear something back? I did not! It has been over a week and still have had no contact. If this is the kind of Customer service I can expect, I am taking mine and the families business elsewere. Maybe GREG RAIRDON CHRYSLER. There a LOT more HELPFULL. More
