Brought my car in for several items that needed to be addressed under warranty. One being the transmission was slipping bad going from Reverse to Drive, after they kept it overnight on my encouragement, addressed under warranty. One being the transmission was slipping bad going from Reverse to Drive, after they kept it overnight on my encouragement, they were able to reproduce my issue and then diagnosis it as a faulty transmission. I was expecting 2–3-month delay for parts, they had it fixed in just over a week with a new transmission and associated parts. After looking things over the work was done correctly with no concerns about the quality. I only gave 4 stars because the service department needs to get better at communicating with the customer. Customers should not have to spend time in their day to track down the service rep to get an update of where things are. More
