I had my 65k done last week. Clean check up all of the way through. I'm sure its coincidence but, now my dash is lit up. High pressure bait and switch. I went to Dwayne Lane to look at an SUV. When I got there I found out it had not been inspected yet and I wanted to test drive it before buying it. T I went to Dwayne Lane to look at an SUV. When I got there I found out it had not been inspected yet and I wanted to test drive it before buying it. The salesman that they put with me wanted me to commit to buying it before it was inspected or test driving the vehicle. The salesmen finally agreed to contact me after the vehicle was inspected so I could test drive it. A week later I got a text asking me to contact them about the vehicle. I texted back asking if it had passed inspection and when I could test drive it. They responded letting me know that they sold the SUV I was interested in and offered to sell me a couple of small cars that I have no interest in. More

Easiest transaction ever. I contacted dealer; Riley reached out and gave me the details I asked for. I told her where I wanted to be on price over text, we went back/forth a c I contacted dealer; Riley reached out and gave me the details I asked for. I told her where I wanted to be on price over text, we went back/forth a couple times, nailed that down, and they sent a driver to pick me up to sign paperwork after work. They had me do a test drive to confirm everything was as I expected while they prepped paperwork. I got back from test drive, spent 15 minutes with only a quick convo with finance where they offered me optional extended warranty at reasonable cost (no pressure), and we were done! So fast and efficient and no painful sitting through dealer add-ons I normally have to say no to and do a 2nd round of haggling. More
